Returns

• Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions described below.

• Please contact our customer service at info@ciro-amsterdam.com to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions to Schakelplein 65, 1521RZ Wormerveer.
   

• Ensure that the sunglasses are in original condition and original packaging. Returned products must be unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returned items that do not meet these criteria.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. In the case of a defective or incorrectly shipped product, we will reimburse the return costs.

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its receipt. We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receipt.

Refunds

• If the return is approved, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

• For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Items purchased during a promotion or sale can only be returned for exchange or refund if they are faulty/defective.
